Rayo and Vonu: Quotes of the Day

The following are a few quotes by Rayo from VONULIFE, March 1973–images courtesy of Jason Boothe. This publication will be released to the public within in the next couple of weeks; audiobook to follow. Please enjoy, share, and consider shooting us a donation to support our efforts!

Political crusading has never and will never bring about personal freedom, nor will it make you more invulnerable to coercion–quite to the contrary, actually.

It’s as Emma Goldman said, “If voting changed anything, they’d make it illegal.

Hence, why Rayo would consider collective movementists to have controlled schizophrenia.

Oh, the law of unintended consequences…

Regardless of the endless empirical evidence of the past, the collective movementists are out in full force. Their efforts are best summed up by St. Bernard of Clarivaux: “The path to hell is paved with good intentions.”

It’s kind of crazy: “we’re” in the 21st century and individuals actually still believe the State can keep them safe…maybe a case against evolutionary biology?

Vonuans and agorists advocate for the decentralizing of all industries, of course, but most of “us” also advocate for the decentralizing of human interaction–peer-to-peer organizing, rather than through a central institution.

Major political parties and organizations inevitably become corrupted and radically shift from their original stated goals–they must if they are going to recruit more individuals and continue the “movement.”

Rayo noticed this, as well as the manipulative or coercive tendencies back in the 1960s.
